Most smart tvs include microphones on their remotes for voice assistants. Both Amazon and Google mandate them for their TV OS’s
As for chip, SMT microphones all have a hole for audio passthrough, so they look similar. You can also verify usually via the printed info on the chip. Not sure if this one is the correct one in op’s image as it’s too blurry to see if there’s any printing, but:
