Right, and the “only 21st longest” part is its own kind of insanity. But here is some good news for anyone starting now: the ending already exists on paper. Aoyama confirmed he finished the storyboard for the final chapter years ago, just in case. So those 1140 chapters are heading somewhere, we just don’t know when.
The tribute clause explicitly forbids consumption of the tiny ruler. One bite and the kingdom has no heir.
