Serbia, unlike the US, was actually in favour of the aims of the new map, but the official map in the proposal [likely the ones found here: equal-earth.com] doesn’t show the Kosovo as part of Serbia. Likewise Ukraine, as russian occupied Crimea isn’t shown as part of Ukraine.
