i’m jealous! i’m finally cooking more, but i’m hardly baking at all. gotta just try meat pies or something else simple.
Quick breads are your friend. Banana bread, carrot cake, pumpkin bread, zucchini bread are all super quick and easy. Can be done as loaves or muffins. Shelf stable for a few days or store them in the fridge for longer or freeze.
