  vegan “cheese” tastes pretty much identical lol.

  I agree! Kechek for example tastes really good, my friend used to make it and we’d eat it with bread late at night. Very very tasty! With some fermented carrots on the side :)

  I’m not vegan, but I know you can easily have very tasty vegan things! ☺️
