I once went to a restaurant where every item on the menu contained garlic in some capacity.
I haven’t had nor seen garlic ice cream, but did have some with mustard. It was pretty good
There was a joke years ago about Ben and Jerry’s making chocolate-covered garlic ice cream called Boutros Boutros-Garlic. I don’t think anyone would get that now (in either sense of “get”).
