I’m with you.

Whilst I don’t agree with it I do understand why people might want to shorten longer words (eg; whatever to w/eva. Or to be honest as tbh). It saves a tiny bit of time and space.
But when I see u and ur I just think, “this muppet doesn’t know the difference between your/you’re/yaw/yore and therefore just dumbs it down to this shit to cover it up!”

Also I used to know a person who would spell anyways as newaizz (sometimes there would be S’s, not zeds).
FFS.
Why? I’ve no fucking idea. It’s the exact same amount of letters, just spelt in a more stupid way!!
That one word being spelt blatantly incorrectly made me seriously judge him and his ideas for years.
Which is on me, really. It’s just that I couldn’t get over it.
