• The workforce consists of more than software devs. In the big picture, pretty much nobody uses LLMs for anything that even remotely justifies it’s cost.

  My boss uses it to write “first drafts” of documents that I then have to rewrite 90% of because it outputs hot air and repetitive phrases instead of useful content.

• My gaming PC takes the same amount of maintenance as my PS5. Both are computers with parts that can break. Other than that, install updates when they pop up.

  Also, Steam Deck / Machine (or any PC with SteamOS) essentially can handle like consoles and run GOG games.
