• Copyright is ridiculous and AI shows us how little it matters to the government and corporations if it means getting what they want.

  I am not glad AI is destroying all the little guys on the Internet. Fan made and hobbyist sites are being scrapped to death because tons of AI bots are scrapping the same content over and over again astronomically increasing the cost of running a website. This is complete bullshit and should be treated like the attack it is.

  I liken it to something crazy like companies sending you texts that your phone company forces you to pay only they sent you like 100,000 texts and now your phone bill is for thousands of dollars. It is an impossible burden they are imposing.

• Try the 1940’s when the book was first published. Most of what he said, like talking to and listening to your kids and treating them like a human is really good. After a quick review of criticism it doesn’t appear there is much worthwhile other than some of his earlier views that did change later on (like male circumcision).

• I totally agree with you except for when it happened. The US was always a proto-fascist country, but after the rise of the MIC it truly became fascist. We are clearly deep into Neofascism at this point and it seems like we are harkening back to some good old fashion fascism.

• I am currently dealing with someone suffering from AI psychosis and I can confirm it is real. He has been using Gemini to invent a new engine named after himself with a very short summary being he thinks you can convert data into energy by processing it in three dimensions with an algorithm written by Gemini in Python.

  I looked over some of it and it is clear the AI has been shining him on and has convinced him his idea is real. He is now trying to figure out his to patent his invention.

  You are correct as US terrorism is now exclusively trans, anti-fascists, and a leftwing problem. It is obviously going to be problematic having anyone, let alone the fucking psychopath they will hire for this job, be the “AI whisperer”.

  You cannot audit a decision made by current LLM AI. This means you can’t even guarantee it was the AI that said it. For all we know someone could be on a terminal somewhere thousands of miles away providing the answer.

  Companies consistently lie about what they do. It would be a mistake to believe it is just to save a CEO from having to deal with a protester. Furthermore, this is a violation of other people’s rights to privacy. They don’t have the authorization to track people as a private company. They are already openly violating the law and acting extremely unethically. I see no reason to trust them.

  They certainly have the money for PR so why haven’t they been flexing this muscle? I think the answer is they know they don’t have to. They don’t care about public opinion because they already know they will get what they want and public opinion doesn’t matter.

  They then used nuclear weapons on two of the largest civilians massacares ever recorded. The proliferation of nuclear arms lead to the cold war and to this day still threatens to end all of humanity. It’s cool though, nothing like knowing the world can end at any moment, no stress.

• Yup, AI is going to hack our banking system “accidentally” because it is so “powerful” and all that nonsense they have been feeding us. The reality is that the US is going to be unable to borrow long term debt or even service their existing debt so they need to switch to short term debt that they can control and steal citizen’s interest through stable coin as outlined in the Genius Act.

  This is the only real way forward without having to default, so it is likely it will happen before 2028.
