People are morons. Here we have an open source and anonymous framework for age-verifcation (free for anyone to read and check the source code: ageverification.dev) developed by a people’s institution and people lump it into the same boat as some private USA company photocopying your ID.

Leak what? Nobody at any point stores any documents and you would know that if any of you read the OPEN SOURCE framework the EU developed.

Telemetry is usually non-identifiable (by law if your country follows GDPR).
This form if ID is also pretty circumstantial. That might fly for advertisers but in a court of law I have my doubts.

If you allow everything and all cookies most things are possible in theory. In practice most distros are secure enough and most users savvy enough to not accept everything blindly that it probably doesn’t happen.
