Spoken like someone who has absolutely no idea what it’s like to try and organize people scattered across a fucking continent.
Specifically a continent with very poor access to public services that would make organization easier.
A continent where even speaking out can cost your your job and therefore Healthcare.
A continent where your neighbor might be someone who agrees with you, or they might blow your head off because they thought you might vote for a lefty.
A continent where the government has already threatened to murder any citizen they want just for fighting back against their authoritarian boot. A continent where your closest regional capital might be hours away.
My state is larger than most European countries. The logistics of organizing real action on this scale is insane. And a lot of very rich people have spent a lot of money for a very long time to make sure it’s as hard to do anything about their tyrannical bullshit as possible.
The best most of us can do is vote, try and organize like-minded people locally, and survive the next week.

If you’re a licensed driver, you know how to drive. If people are being given licenses without properly making sure the licensee is both qualified and mentally capable to drive and know what responsibilities that entails, then we shouldn’t be letting them drive and that’s a failing on society.
At least where I’m from, unlicensed minors aren’t allowed to drive without a licensed adult present.
And if you don’t trust your unlicensed teenager to not steal your keys and go on a joyride, the I can’t help you because you need a professional family therapist to work through issues.

I have used so many cords in my technomancer box over the years, and there are some from the 90s that still get used.
I kept all my old console cables, and wouldn’t you know it, I needed two for nostalgia purchases, one for a friend, and one that I used to fabricobble a Frankencord(s monster).
I’ll let someone throw it away over my dead body.

Yes but my point is that if it conveys meaning to the intended target, it’s irrelevant.
Plenty of sentences, out of context, have no real meaning. The example in OP is one that could have meaning in the right context, which would be understood by its recipient

The point of language is to convey meaning. Grammar is less important than what the speaker wants to tell other people.
If this sentence, in context of a larger conversation, has meaning to the people listening to it, then congratulations! Rejoice, for communication has been achieved! Whether it was grammatically correct or not is irrelevant, because the intended target understands.
Language changes over time. Nobody just decided to come up with modern English one day and it caught on, it’s a gross pot filled with words and grammar from many other languages (some more melted than others, so not really a melting pot), and mostly filtered from a language nobody speaks anymore.
So having what are essentially arbitrary rules that dictate how things must always be for that language is already pretty dumb to me.

So I guess the whole “we removed things from your console that you paid for because we lost a license” doesn’t count then.
If I buy a car from a dealership, and the dealership has my car towed after I’ve paid for it because Ford or whoever pulled a contract, you bet your ass I’m going to harass the dealership.

Sure, yelling at them is bad.
But this is way more than that
You can’t ask for anything, or they could arbitrarily decide you broke the agreement. You can’t protest in any way, or they decide you broke the agreement.
Merely asking for what you’ve paid for to be returned to you is grounds for banning your profile now.

Having been to quite a few week shops across Michigan and Ohio, you’d just be unable to buy weed, and once you’ve refused and made a mild scene, they’re calling all the weed shops in the area with your description to tell them you’re acting suspicious.
While I’m not a fan of the practice, it’s basically impossible to buy from a dispensary in many places without them wanting to scan your ID. Especially if your state has limits on how much you can buy per month.

Open the flour over a trash can to catch that little bit of flour that always seems to be on top, try to keep the folding paper top together, but open one side like a milk carton.
Open resealable container of your choice, I have large plastic bins that hold 10lbs of flour quite nicely. Big round container with handles and a lid.
Dump flour into container, slow-ish so it doesn’t poof into the air
Seal container, use dry paper towel, rag, or vacuum to clean the small amount that probably came off the paper top.
I usually give the open top a flick with my finger over the trash can to dislodge as much as possible before going to the counter.
I really can’t think of a better way to package it, other ways are either taking up more space than needed, or uses plastic/metal. Plastic is a non-starter for me, and metal would drastically increase price. It’s a cost-effective way of tansporting a cheap product. Just don’t get it wet lol

For me it’s been less itching and more “every teeny tiny hair is going to stand on end and make it feel like a ant crawled on you for a few seconds”
So about once a week I have to pluck the ones nearby. Lucky for me I never had much body hair, but it’s still annoying.

My spouse kept insisting I peel the potatoes I used for home fries (not sure if there’s another name for them, but cut the potatoes into 10-15mm chunks and cook them in a pan with oil or butter with a lid for a bit to soften them up and then raise the temp to brown the outside, I always season with garlic) until one day I “forgot” the peeler while camping and it was either try it or go hungry. Surprise surprise, they loved it

Correct.
The moopsy has drunk the swamp gobbler’s bones, and now with nothing to support the squishy insides, the flesh bag drops and it’s unable to move.
Presumably they die when their bones are drunk, otherwise it’s a painful few minutes or hours as your system shuts down from not having the skeletal support for organs and stuff.
It’s from a TV show called Star Trek: Lower Decks as the “oh no scary monster is chasing us” plot, and it’s cuteness compared to the swamp gobble is just supposed to be funny. In order to demonstrate it’s actually the real monster the fovvler cowers away from it before the moopsy jumps on it and basically it deflates like a balloon.

Well that depends, am I the “main character”, if so do I start at the beginning or where I left off?
I mean, either way in satisfactory I don’t require sleep or food or drink, unless I take damage and need to eat some nuts or berries. So just avoid the local wildlife until I get the hover pack.
I remember my first time playing and not wanting to wander too far from the grassy spawn because of all the hostile fauna and unfamiliar terrain.
Now with the hover pack, a full island-spanning rail network with power pylons, dimensional depots with packaged fuel and a jetpack, I’m constantly zipping across the place and half the time I have no idea where exactly I am but I’m just hopping over the wildlife and on the off chance something hits me and I’m offended, I’ll toss a nuke at it before flying off.
I just unlocked the nuclear pasta milestone and am currently working on getting the nuclear power situation sorted while I wait for my very slow factories to pump out the space elevator bits.
I could do without ADA trying not to sound like GLaDOS-lite, but I can live with an annoying bot.
The other game I played today was Project zomboid, and as the title card says every time you start a new game, “this is how [I] died”
Legit didn’t even last 5 minutes in my starting character in a new world today. Looted the spawn house, leveled a little bit of carpentry and cooking, then got bit in the fucking driveway because I miss-timed my swing. I had a shotgun and axe, too…

In a better world, all of these technologies that get stolen by various corpo espionage and reverse engineering teams would be freely shared with the world so everyone can benefit from them, and people not in the dev teams might have improvements they can suggest.
But instead we have a bunch of rich adult children who would rather take the ball and go home because they don’t think they’ve recieved enough praise for bringing it, and wanting to charge everyone just to look at it.
It’s not a great metaphor, but honestly dealing with companies and governments feels a lot like dealing with children you aren’t allowed to discipline or even talk sternly to because their parents have forbidden you from interfering.

Keep your body clear, grab onto the top nice and tight, keep your saw-holding arm semi-rigid and controlled, start the cut a little slow and the blade will take care of the rest.
A good sawzall will still cut through 2in hollow round stock in under 35 seconds, so they’re both quick, I just prefer the circular saw for the extra speed. You could theoretically rock up on a bike and be gone with the wind in under 30 seconds if you get your flow down.

Without getting into details, I can confirm that a circular saw with even a cheap wood cutting blade is much quicker than a sawzall with a metal cutting blade on 2in aluminum pipes. And you really want speed for something like this, especially if you have reason to believe cameras are being watched by the local brute squad.
The size is about the same for either one, honestly. Both will readily fit in a small backpack. My brushless motor battery powered one is about a 4x6x8in rectangle that fits nicely in my old highschool backpack underneath gym clothes and other things.
If you’ve got a sawzall and not a circular saw, great! Use that! If you have neither… Well, a hacksaw will do in a pinch. If you have access to both, just fiddle around and see what provides the best crossings fmof comfort, concealment, and speed.

I enjoy trying to get to places that game designers don’t want me to go, even if I’m supposed to come back to something later. I WILL try to climb on everything. It’s how I became the first person in my friend group to find all the collectible items in Destiny, and the first one to get to the top of that one mountain in the social space.
I legit thought it was just part of the challenge to get to the anchor fight with just jumping and boosting. I had to stack some things with telekinesis but I made it!
I get levitate first now. It was MUCH harder without it…

crazy how an election system designed by people who never want to leave power could get me a leadership neither I nor anyone I care about voted for.
We hopefully will never “own” or occupy neighboring countries, but it doesn’t change how massive our country is.
