Disagree. Go-pros are easy to hide inside objects.
The round camera holes in a thick eyeglass frame are much more obvious than a gauze covered lens.

It comes from this paper. Using existing data on recordings and books we obtain a point estimate of around 15 years for optimal copyright term
It makes sense that some copyright protection is beneficial to society as it encourages new works.
But I think the important part is to ensure copyright is non transferable. Then large corporations cannot build (and charge for) large libraries.

If you stole it I wouldn’t.
Companies steal trade secrets from each other all the time.
If you copy a secret then it is no longer a secret, so something has changed for the original owner.
Stop making up definitions and just accept that it’s stealing.
You are the one changing the definition of stealing to try and apply it to piracy.

Airlines almost never own an aircraft. They sell to banks and lease back, so they have smooth annual OPEX costs, not large CAPEX costs every few years.
