• 1. Why should an App be even allowed to judge over legality?!

  2. In cases of emergency (life threatening injuries, or to escape life threatening situations) you are allowed to drive whatever if you have to.

• This is about OEMs, which realistically only have 2 choices: Either sell it with windows, or Linux pre-installed.
  The general public isn’t going to buy a device without an OS installed.
