There are some AAA studios that still do good and the AA and indie space is still doing great. It’s not like there won’t be any good games, I think it’ll be an improvement where AAA shit will partly disappear with some bad left but the few good certainly still here and AA and indie just continue as it does.

I kinda feel like it’ll be better because it’s so obvious it’ll be shit. I haven’t care about Halo since Halo: Reach but it seems like 343/Halo Studios managed to make people hope and then deliver shit every time. Now it’s just “it’ll be shit” which is better, no false hope.

How are you this behind on current hardware? Emulating GC on a phone hasn’t been required “high end enough” hardware for over a decade. Even low and phones from several years ago can do it with higher resolution and mods like HD texture packs etc.
I could emulate Switch games on my old phone from 4 years ago with those mods. -

Edit: I searched “Acne stud” and it’s apparently a clothing brand named “Acne Studios”. Out of all names to choose… They’re from the same country as me too, Sweden, which is a funny coincidence.

Sorry but I really think it’s AI. The only time I played around with AI of any kind was to see how it’d handle pixelart and it looked very similar to this. It’s good at a very quick glance but quickly falls apart (like a lot of AI things) as soon as you actually look at it.
I don’t see how a human could mess it up that oddly and badly. It would take more effort to make it this bad than just make actual pixel art, there are so many small things that make no sense as errors or sloppy/lazy human art.

I’ve never had a single cell in me that’s even ok with “the grind”. As long as I can remember I’ve always just wanted to take it easy, relax, cozy up (by myself or with anyone else) and just forget time and anything that needs to be done. I have an endless supply of that. My deepest dream is having a partner and friends that just want to cuddle together in a blanket, sit by an open window while it rains and there’s thunder in the distance, having some tea or hot chocolate and candles with nothing to pull our minds from that moment.

“In any two-party state” what? That’s such a weird thing to say. Two-party systems are a worse version of applied democracy, that should be incredibly obvious. I just seriously don’t understand why you would even think about saying that it’s a crime in two-party states only, it’s so odd. If anything two-party states are more akin to not having strong laws against that because of the very fact of it. Look at the US, which I’m guessing is a big part of your mind in this. Do yourself a favor and search for countries two-party systems and their laws on this compared to actual democracies with more parties.

I just skip past any GTA6 stuff and haven’t seen much outside of the titles for the most major things like the trailer release, a bit about this leak thing that I don’t know more about because, as said, I don’t open the thread or whatever. Never hear about any AI stuff, nothing about the price tag etc.

Not gonna lie, I’d try this in the same way I’ve tried AI for 5 minutes like a morbid curiosity thing. I’m also gonna admit that I can see it working with a very specific category of games, if it didn’t have a performance impact. Those games being the kind of games I have absolutely no interest in; sports games. I can see it for porn games too but I’ve not played more than a few and didn’t really see the appeal, but I can imagine it’d be a cool thing for some people.
None of that has any effect on this being a purely bad thing though, I’d rather stop using technology completely than being forced to use AI in any way. -

It was open source till the ones who has the keys (which shouldn’t be a thing for FOSS in the first place) got an offer that made their greed take over.
