I bought the game when it first came out. I didn’t really buy into the hype, so I wasn’t disappointed at launch. Fucked around for like 20 or 30 hours, then never picked it up again.

Depends on the scaling algorithm. Most renderers are probably going to apply some filtering causing the whole image to be a blurry mess, rather than use a crisp nearest neighbour.

Companies like Nestle buy up the water rights from under people just to bottle it and sell it right back to them.

Single player will probably work. It did for V. That’s all I give a shit about personally. That said, this is kinda feeling like a yoho kinda game to me.

True. Definitely not saying they are more efficient or vouching for them, just a curious thought. They definitely do a lot of stupid shit like, as you said, bag individual items that absolutely do not need it. Or worse, I’ve ordered groceries through them and I’ll get a bag that contains one onion, meanwhile it could have gone into literally any other bag. I’m guessing a byproduct of some weird logistics design sacrificing all else over internal efficiency.

I feel like it’s just as likely that further breakthroughs cause costs to plummet to the point that any of the major AI companies will never even be capable of seeing a profit, paving the way for some yet unestablished or open model to reign supreme in the end.
