• I can share the pihole domains I have for my samsung tv (although it’s no longer connected to the internet now)

  • samsungacr.com (exact deny)
  • samsungotn.net (exact deny)

  • config.samsungads.com (exact deny)

  It stopped any ads coming through and also prevent (some) data going back to them, mind you this also breaks installing new apps on the tv, so disable, install app from their store, enable again.

• For Twitch it does, they inline the video ads with the stream, uBlock can’t do anything about that, and if you have a blocker that does work Twitch just infinitely refreshes the stream trying to force the video ad.

• Yeah you know, it’s not like tech savvy people have been warning about this since the very beginning, and everybody was like nah that won’t happen. You’ll never guess what happened next! Exactly what was foretold so many moons ago.

  I’ve been telling people around me to get off anything Meta related ever since I found out the Zuck was manipulating the data to keep people more depressed and more engaged with Facebook.
