• I agree with this statement. All I’m doing is sharing anecdotal evidence at best. Please seek official medical guidance before doing anything with your hormones.

  Hormones are powerful shit and can fuck you up if they go crazy, and nothing makes them go crazy quite like fucking with them.

  I am working with doctors myself to regulate my hormones.

• High estrogen in men can cause gynecomastia, weight gain, mood swings, and possibly negatively affect their libido.

  We need some estrogen for biological processes, but not a lot. Very, very small amount compared to a woman.

  From what I’m aware, trans people that are transitioning from male to female typically only take one to four milligrams of estrogen a day. It does not take a lot to feminize a masculine body.

• You probably have a high amount of aromatase.

  If you want to bring down the estrogen you can take enclomiphene, which is an aromatase inhibitor which will prevent your testosterone from being converted to estrogen and boost your testosterone.

  Of course, the downside of that is that if your body has been used to making a lot of testosterone, it can temporarily spike your testosterone into the supranormal category until downregulates.

  Mine spiked into the 1400s, but it upped my free testosterone and boosted my mood quite a bit.

• I had some success using nginx reverse proxy with let’s encrypt.

  There should be a couple of guides online that will tell you how to do that.

  I was running Nginx through Portainer on Proxmox, and the Let’s Encrypt certificate was set to my local IP address for nginx.
