  It’s everywhere. Not just Facebook. But Facebook is probably the worse because a lot is meta owned bots doing a lot of the work.

  Of course Twitter X is probably equally bad. I just never have used it so I wouldn’t know first hand.

• You can grow vegetables. Most are pretty cheap if you go to stores like Aldi. They sell a 2 pack of zucchini for like $2. Zucchini my friend. One of the tastiest veggies there is.

  And there are many ways to manage stress. You can choose healthy or unhealthy options.

  I ain’t saying that choice is easy or without work. I’m mearly pointing out that we all have agency.
