Any provider which provides IMAP and SMTP over TLS is good. If you want privacy, you have to use E2EE through a mail software which supports it. However, I personally use riseup.net(Don’t ask me for an invite code!)

As a bonus, there is also DeltaChat which provides E2EE email in a nice chat interface. delta.chat It also supports mini apps through webxdc.org
