Weirdly, Ratcliffe has tended to be on the Marco Rubio, Russia hawk wing of this administration and has pushed to maintain and in some ways even increase intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
Like, don’t get me wrong, he’s had some terrible takes on things like Israel, Iran, the 2020 election, going after Trump’s political enemies etc. but he’s generally shown a more traditional Republican dislike of Russia.
So fuck knows what he’s up to.

No, in this case the AI is finding the bugs and humans are at least reviewing the code and, anecdotally at least, in a lot of cases still writing it in the first place.
AI itself won’t destroy humanity but AI companies seem to want to have a go. They really need to be held accountable for what they do and stop being allowed to hide behind “the AI did it” like LLMs have any independent agency.
