Despite the downvotes, this is also a reason. I don’t play the games but i recognise the blue themed chick with the pink lines on her face. Or the one with lots of orange. Or the other one with lots of purple.

All I know about it, is it didn’t offer anything new or anything that other established games didn’t already do better

As they said already. It’s self contained, so you don’t have a ton of extra packages in your system. When you upgrade your system, jellyfin works regardless

Upgrade to docker when you can. It’s not as hard as you think. And it’s an extra skill. If you can handle Linux you can handle docker

A harness is the software wrapper around an AI model — the tools, memory management, and rules that turn a raw model into something that can act on its own.
Just fyi

Hoooold up just a minute. How much do these glasses cost? Like hundreds right? What kind of teen boy has that much money to burn? I sure as fuck didn’t, and I worked. Their parents bought them, and these are kids, so it’s 100% blame on the parents here.

YES ONE MILLION TIMES YES
Flying your spaceship around in a full size realistic galaxy is the most fun I’ve had in VR and gaming entirely. I’ve almost exclusively used VR when playing elite and every time it’s a joy.
The first time flying my sidewinder around was unforgettable. The sense of scale is incredible. Dogfights in VR are super fun. Just exploring in general is so immersive and engaging.
I have a bunch of other VR games to play but I never get around to them because Elite just sucks me in so much. It’s living the space adventure I dreamed of as a kid.

Try elite dangerous when you’re done with this. In VR it’s absolutely spectacular. I’ve played it every week for multiple hours since October.

Learn how to use docker, it makes jellyfin much easier. But you’ll have some trials setting up a domain and https certs and doing port forwarding etc FYI.
