An environmental activist group in Belgium has been placed on a terrorist watchlist, as well as its most prominent members. So (a) it is happening, (b) Trump does not need to, the EU is perfectly capable of doing this on its own.

Still, the other companies couldn’t be bothered. Hell, most of the cities and towns in Belgium that got hacked felt no urgency to inform their citizens, so not sure how stringent those frameworks are…
