I’m kidding, of course, they’ll continue trying to figure out how to get rid of them.
The kicker is that eventually there will be no senior employees to hire, because no one ever hired or trained the juniors.

I’m still wondering how long advertisers are going to be shoveling money into it until they realize mostly only bots are the audience, and then what the collapse after that is going to look like.
Taking away phones is the adult thing to do, I don’t know how many kids you’ve interacted with lately, but trust me, they’re dumber than dogshit.
I’m pretty schools have enough phones and adults to have calling 911 covered many times over, with nary a student having a cell phone.
I know, I went to school before they existed. We did fine.
