The people they’ve hired into these positions either know nothing about how the internet works or they just don’t give a shit. I remember this interview from years ago and the fucking CEO of AI at Microsoft thought it was just fine to scrap everything on the web because it’s “publicly available”.
People that have ran websites since the beginning have always wanted to protect what they put out there and keep people from stealing their content. It feels like this guy just got some degrees and became CEO without ever being on the internet.

Serpent’s Gaze - Dark Souls-ish roguelite
Forsworn - BG3 meets Slay the Spire, no story elements just combat encounters.
Shape of Dreams - League of Legends but single player and not filled with assholes.
TMNT: Splintered Fate - Hades with Ninja Turtles.

Feels like it all collapsed when Trump took office. AbleGamers used to be very active in reaching out about testing opportunities. I haven’t heard anything from them in 2 years or so.
It’s just this again.
These guys seem to pop their heads up once a year. Last time they were putting NFT’s into Winamp. Just let it die.
