In Virginia it’s the same but at or above 0.08% (0.8 promil). It’s also an automatic license suspension if you refuse to take a breath test.

Unless you’re JD Vance. Then the best time is January 21 or later when just over 2 years has elapsed in Trump’s term so it doesn’t count as a term against you by taking over as acting president. Unfortunately, Vance and at least half the Cabinet have to agree to him being incompetent before he can be removed from office.

Be warned that Pixel 11 (and probably ones following) will not be supported for GrapheneOS. Memory tagging was removed in the hardware and that is a requirement for them to consider the device secure enough to be willing to support it.

The UK has the Data Processing Act of 2018 and this would violate that law as well. It’s probably stricter because it includes the GDPR by reference.

The only time a doctor has recorded me, they asked for consent first and then the recording went into a HIPAA compliant EMR system. This doctor has done neither.

It seems according to the video the surgeon had already seen the patient in a state of undress so this is even bigger than HIPAA. If they were recording, he’s probably doing time for each patient visit.

These are Pushshift torrents from 2005 to 2025: https://sciop.net/datasets/reddit. There are two data sets, one by month and the other by subreddit. Each is about 3.5 TB compressed and based on the compression ratio I’ve seen, about 30 TB uncompressed. This is without any sort of media, just text.
Reddit sent AcademicTorrents a request to take them down so AI models couldn’t use them as a way to avoid paying Reddit hundreds of millions of dollars for training data.
Did you not know about the magical incantations that would silence them? The AT codes for the modem were a lifesaver if you were trying to get on the internet without anyone knowing.
