i think the nausea is just a generic response to say that “something is wrong”. it doesn’t tell you what is wrong though, that’s on you to figure out

Every time I hear about a new disease or medical problem I look up the symptoms and nausea is listed on like 95% of them
For me its not excited its just being around anyone
