For example, there is an administration group where administrative teams can resolve management issues, especially in Argentina, where laws and the exchange rate change constantly. We are always working through the many twists and turns required to collect the money that is legitimately owed to us.

Questions I have are: what work do you actually do? And does it have any value if nobody is paying you?

I am guessing this is just government money BA gives out to political interest groups to curry favor and retain votes, ie clientilism in the guise of socialism.
