This seems like what I wanted on my first rpi over a decade ago.
Install, add ~15000 games from archive.org romsets, maybe a few bios files.

It’s a hellscape, I’ve decided to retreat to Dead or Alive wAIfu’s from the early 2000’s due to concerns about the appeal of novel secret agent sexy fish.

Sharing the knowledge for the greater good is a no go I think, especially in the USA. Me or you can do it on slsk but if a rich corp tries to do it they’ll get shafted fast & hard and the massive academic presses will not tolerate upskilling the poor.
