My english teacher wants to be able to see document history. He says that my process is more important than the product. Is there any way to do this in libreoffice or some other open source document editor?

Actually not a bad idea, because of how web git services are set up it should actually show more changes

I use libreoffice, is it possible to export that version history in a way that google docs can see?

I thought about it, but I don’t think my teacher knows how to use git. He’s already having issues importing a .odt into google drive if that tells you his technical ability.
For my server, secure enough. Just the basic recommendations, non-standard ssh port, default deny on firewall, fail2ban, etc. It doesn’t need a lot of security because its just a static website. For most projects this is enough.
I will say, a honeypot can be useful and I’m getting one set up but its a low priority for me.
