The moment this show tried to use AI everywhere I knew it was a huge red flag. There’s simply too many sloppy aspects everywhere this season, as others stated multiple times:

This episode had some insane action scenes
No violence or triggers, just situations without tension. Mostly composed of scenes bringing warm and pleasant feelings like doing hobbies, talking, eating, exploring
This episode was beautiful, it finally exposed us to the story of the Witch and the Queen. Lara almost got the same fate of the Witch, and now she will date her adoptive daughter and be forever ever after.
Even though the show hints at a Goodbye, I’m really hoping for a sugary diabetes end here, I wish the happy ending for both of them.
And then things would get fishy
Just one thing comes to mind: If Rudy could time-travel, why can’t Man-god? Would he not notice that Rudy cheated destiny by going back in time? This plot only makes sense if Man-god is not all-knowing / all-powerful, he needs some shackles for it to work.
However, Man-god also proved to know a bit of the future and consequences to choices, regarding Rudy doing or not some things. I want to know how he got this information, if he can see the future but only a much shorter timeframe, or if someone else who is also time-traveling is telling him things.
Rudy already had some connection to time-travel magic, since his eye can see the future, so he probably took inspiration from the eye, to create his time-travel magic.
It’s a very difficult spot, because of the butterfly effect. I suppose some choices would become very hard if his wives would also know of the diary. Taking Eris in, for example, would not be easier if they knew that it was mostly to avoid in-fighting, or further difficult paths, and not love.
I would guess he has to make her feel at home in the new world, that’s all he can offer. She has to come with acceptance that too much time would have passed, and everyone she knows is dead. And he has to offer her a place to belong.
None because my high school was devoid of romance, just drama.
IMO the show lost a bit of it’s charm and proposition during the second half. All of the interesting cultural aspects and cleverness went into boring social interactions and politics.
It started a 9 and ended a 7.5 to me.

Subaru is probably scared shitless of reading that book and dying / being erased by the original, but I believe that they will merge.
Subaru recovering his memories will for sure help solve the challenge, since this Subaru doesn’t remember that speaking about return by death kills his enemy. He could use Satella to defeat Reid, if thats even possible.
Another possibility is that when he rediscovers himself, he will better be able to strategically position and use everyone’s skill, and how to motivate them.

My guess is that maybe the potion doesn’t transform them into humans, it just creates a ragdoll in human form in which they control. That could explain Lara turning into Foam and still being alive.

Totally, Boraqchin seems like the type of person who thinks the goals justifies the means. I can totally see her going into “preventive” war with other nations to keep the stand. Meanwhile the current Khan seems to just want peace.

If she is being used by her hate, which is predictable, the only way to outsmart Boraqchin would be to forgive the Mongols and let go.
I don’t have any generalized hate against Shounen, my biggest problem is that they always stretch the hell out of the plot because Shounen is such an easy money machine to otherwise resist.
I think JJK is a very good counter example of good Shounen to my taste.
I’ve started with Anime similarly to how she did in the video. There were some distinctively good shows on open tv at the time, which people would not even call anime.
Later in mid-school, some friends introduced me to One Piece, I was lent some CDs with packs of 30 episodes of One Piece in rmvb format, 320p. After getting a good taste I got addicted to it’s distinct plot formulas.
I found Zatchbell, same way as her, and also Hunter x Hunter, both in which left a mark on my childhood. I only got my own PC and internet some years after that, in which I could watch more shows through piracy.
The stigma was there, definitely nerdy stuff, as they say. Anime never got mainstream, even after I’ve left my country. People watch it on open tv without even realizing it’s anime.
