Fun fact, the human body already produces both testosterone and estrogen. We vary in how much of each our bodies produce, but it's never zero of one and all of the other. It's not just ratio either, someone could naturally have high amounts of both or low amounts of both.

I can't speak to this model specifically, haven't tried it, but my impression is that if you are specifically looking to play DS/3DS games, original hardware is still the best way to go, especially since they're so easily moddable.
If you're looking to emulate other platforms though, there are quite a lot of great pocketable devices on the market. I bought a Miyoo Mini Plus three years ago and joked that I liked it so much I wish I'd bought a more expensive model with analog sticks.

I miss the days when development cycles were short enough that spinoffs could be released alongside main series games without feeling like one was detracting from the other. I miss the days when every big IP had a goofy and experimental straight-to-handheld companion piece.

I bought a Miyoo Mini Plus three years ago and liked it so much that I wish I'd bought a more expensive model with analog sticks. Ended up putting far more time into it than my bulky old Steam Deck... until I recently took it out of my bag and found that the screen broke.
Sadly, while I finally have an excuse to upgrade to that more expensive model with analog sticks, it's not in my budget right now. So I got out my old DSi and 3DS and have been tinkering with softmodding. If you've got either of those lying around already, those are also very good options.

Copyright isn't something you can pick and choose when to enforce it, copyright holders are legally obligated to enforce it on every infringement, or they lose the copyright.
This is a myth. You're thinking of trademark genericization, but even that can only happen in very extreme cases.

I wouldn't exactly say that. It's a broad category, but it is a fairly well defined category. Frieren ticks pretty much every shounen box.

I think a common misconception comes from people assuming most romance is shoujo or josei. But a lot of the most popular romance series today are almost all shounen or seinen: Dress-up Darling, Horimiya, Kaguya-sama, Komi-san, and You and I are Polar Opposites, just to name a few. There's actually a pretty notable difference between shounen and shoujo romance if you compare them.
Even Bloom Into You is categorized as a shounen yuri. Those are not mutually exclusive tags!

The reason Frieren is classified as shounen is because the manga is serialized in Weekly Shounen Sunday.
It's also important to note that shounen encompasses a lot more than just battle shounen, that's one subgenre under a wider umbrella. And even then, Frieren's fight scenes do check all the boxes of a battle shounen, it's all there, it's just that the series encompasses a lot of other elements too.

I think it is necessary to have some limitations to avoid people being pressured or coerced into 'consenting' to things they really shouldn't. Because otherwise you're going to get scenarios where it's rather dubious to imagine someone really sincerely consented to getting killed.
Consider something like Squid Game. Every participant joined the games voluntarily, at least on paper. They're even given the opportunity to leave, only for many of them to come back because their lives in poverty are that bad, and they have families who need the money, need it so badly that they'll take such an extreme risk. So is that consent? Should that be a legal form of dueling? Or is the entire message of the show that it very much shouldn't be?

The second CPU is the GBA CPU, but at twice the clockspeed (which can then downclock for GBA games). You're double-counting it and making it sound like the system had three.
The 3DS is the real funny one, adding its own new CPU alongside both the DS and GBA CPUs. So that's actually three.

Everything is relative. The FGC is 'small' relative to the likes of League or Valorant, and Riot seems to truly expect that every project should be as popular as those or else they'll pull the plug.

The hope wasn't that the game would dominate the existing FGC, but that the IP would have such a massive pull that it would expand the FGC so much (and in the longer term, make the players be l branch into other games in the genre).
And even ten years ago I thought that was delusional.

Still thinking back to when this was first announced and people were hyping it up like the mere presence of Riot's money was going to result in Project L completely dominating the entire rest of the FGC combined by an order of magnitude. I knew from the start that it would never live up to such unrealistic expectations.
From what I've heard, it doesn't sound like the game even did that badly, I wish some of my other favorite games had as healthy of a playerbase. But we're in this weird world where some games are perfectly comfortable with whatever audience they get and others have to pull the plug ASAP if they don't hit Fortnite-sized numbers overnight.
They just needed to have realistic expectations and they could've been fine with what they have.

I've had my Galaxy S9+ for roughly eight years now. The battery doesn't hold much charge, and the screen has this known bug where it stays completely black unless I do this funny workaround by activating Always On Display first and only then turning the screen on.
But everything on the market now comes with some catch, I really don't want to give up that SD slot. And I'm unemployed and prices are fucked. So I'll ride this thing out until it fully dies - which feels like it may happen any day now, honestly...

Splatoon, when played at an organized competitive level. The game is very fast, and all four players need to be in sync or else a more coordinated team will run circles around them. Tournament play is a vastly different beast from solo queue.

I really don't trust BlueSky. I feel like they call themselves federated as a marketing gimmick to convince people they're better than every other corporate social network, but they've deliberately set it up so that 99.9% of everything is going through their central server anyway. And it frustrates me that a lot of people have bought into that lie. Fediverse has been here delivering on everything BlueSky promised to be and did so long before BlueSky even existed, and yet no one cares because BlueSky had the venture capital to push a bigger marketing campaign.
Unfortunately, people jumping ship from BlueSky still aren't coming over here. So I don't know what to make of this news really, I know it doesn't mean what I wish it would mean.

The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife was the most adorable show I watched all year. I'm a sucker for positive representation.
The first half of this comic started to have a point, but kinda lost me as soon as the author started condemning the idea of having hobbies.
