When I switched to Linux, I thought more distros means more good-er. More choices for people doesn’t hurt.
Now I’m slowling becoming part of the ‘old men yelling at cloud’ team. Arch and Purple Arch (endevourOS) is all you need. (At least for me).
Choices ARE good! It helped you find the niche that suits you best. After a while we forget that other people value different things, so there is no one best choice.
