Today I learned I guess.
It’s actually not even “robots in disguise”, it’s “robots into guys”
It was implied, as they were friends during the Cybertron war. After MoL fell to Orion, their friendship extremely soured.
This isn’t even a worthwhile question. They are more capable than love than meets the eye.
I’m not a deep fan of Transformers, but I heard of a time when a transformer carried a human fetus in their robo-womb, so anything is possible.
