Which is a bigger issue with those earlier types of technology, most new LED headlights are adaptive and literally cut off the part of the beam that another car would sit in. Meaning they’re actually better than a lazy driver who doesn’t switch off high beams.
i feel like this could be easily mitigated by including proper use of high beams in driver’s ed
requiring drivers to actually know how to drive a car would solve quite a lot of problems, but society has decided that it cannot be arsed

i think those are still not approved everywhere
