What kind of flower is this? I found it on my walk yesterday morning.

he’s suuuuch a cutie - just - god. he’s so good and nice and never actively lies. worse case is he lies because he literally forgot. such a honest lil man.

i’m FINALLY COUGHT UP with all the posts!!! doesn’t mean i’m done making them, but i’m finally back to being on track. so when tomorrows post will be number 70, it’ll actually be the 70th day of me making daily posts. that is good.

the puff pouch makes a return! it’s back and taking the exact same role, kinda. the puff pouch had its first debut here a year ago.

i chose the generic android phone size which Pixels and samsung phones use today cuz i thought that might represent the largest amount of peeps here.

some of y’all might notice a problem when trying out these wallpapers: they look smudgy or low quality despite you downloading the high quality version. that is because you phone assumes the image is not pixel art so it tries to smooth it out, making it… yeah, less crunchy. to combat this, here are upscaled variants which preserve the crunchiness of the pixels:

this should resolve the bluriness you may find with the original resolution images.

it’s a surprising amount of work. even purpleposts take their time and this one took waaaayyyy longer than i wanted it to. well over 3 hours of being distracted, trying to get the characters just right… it took a while. and now i still gotta make one more post to finally be cought up again.

like a chili cheese burger.

so i was at BK, eating an unreasonably expensive plant-based chili chee tortilla 🌶️🧀. it was good, maybe a bit too good. i started eating it… differently, until i noticed what i was doing. almost like in these TV commercials where they kinda kiss-eat a whopper or something.

it was tasty. and no, unfortunately the 1% cheese in the chili cheese sauce was unfortunately not vegan i have to inform you. sorry.

i wanted to make some kind of praise post for a while but always felt it would feel undeserved and thus not real. so this is how i’m doing it instead.

this idea came from android now giving you this trophy icon when you clear your notifications (on my pixel 6 with graphene at least).
so i thought

and now here we are. i considered replacing the trophy with a heart buuuut that would have been too much change, i did want this to look somewhat real.

dunno how this will land. let’s see. so far, image edits generally do worse for comment-count than fully original posts sooooooooooo we’ll see.
