(Percentages reflect the vent diagram of fuck that is twitter) I used to verify, until I realized that the people there are simply not worth knowing.
Well, the thing is like say you see someone share something outrageous that makes you ask “wait is this real? Did they really say that?” Being able to check veracity is important in the age of disinformation.
Also since I post a lot of comics I typically try to share the source. Now most artists have moved to other platforms, but their backlog might still be on that shithole. I don’t want to provide a link to that place, so being able to link to a proxy is preferred

In my area they seem to send answer alerts that link to Xitter. And you can’t see alert unless you have an account.
